Day 1: Nairobi/Nakuru:
Pick up from your Nairobi Hotel at 8.30am and drive 160 km, 2 hours to Lake Nakuru National Park. Check in at Lake Nakuru Lodge for lunch and afternoon leisure. The lodge is set on a plateau with a panoramic view of the pink colored shores of the lake from your private verandah. The rooms have private veranda. The lake attracts thousands of lesser and greater flamingos among other tens of species of birds. There are a variety of bird species to watch in this lake. Not only does this lake boast of being a bird’s paradise, it is also a rhino sanctuary for the highly endangered black and white rhinos. Other animals found here include cheetahs, leopards, lions, water bucks, zebras, gazelles, Rothschild Giraffe among others. Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara:
After breakfast, proceed to Masai Mara Game Reserve, 300 km 5 hours. Masai Mara is arguably the world’s most famous game reserve with unrivaled natural beauty and wildlife concentration. It forms part of the Great Mara-Serengeti ecosystem. It is home to all the big five (elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, and the rhino). Over 95 species of mammals are found in this great reserve. Besides mammals, over 350 bird species have been recorded here and the scenic beauty is unmatched. Meals and accommodation at Mara intrepid camp.
Day 3: Masai Mara:
Spend the day in Masai Mara with game drives in the park. All meals and overnight at Mara intrepid camp.

Day 4: Masai Mara/Sirari border/Serengeti:
Drive to Sirari border on Kenya/Tanzania (Mara/Serengeti) for immigration and custom formalities. This will involve change of vehicles and driver/guides. Proceed to Serengeti National Park in Tanzania with picnic lunches. Serengeti has breathtaking vista of a landscape teeming with game. Big game feed in full view of in this park. Day 5: Serengeti:
Full day to explore the world’s largest migratory concentration of plain game. Serengeti is described as one of the unique areas of the world. The 14000 sq. km terrain includes grassy plains and Savannah stretches dotted with flat topped acacia trees. In the north Serengeti borders with the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve and across this border one million Wildebeest trek every year in their annual search for the best grazing. Day 6: Serengeti/Ngorongoro:
After breakfast, enjoy an extended game drive en route to Ngorongoro Crater with packed lunch. The crater is one of the largest intact volcanic Caldera in the world, the crater floor offers game viewing to homely permanent population of more than 30 000 animals, and is one of the only places in Africa. Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater
Descend down to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the wonders of the natural world. An extinct volcano that collapsed around 25 million years ago thus forming a vast super bowl where the largest permanent concentration of African game is on display. The views from the top of the crater wall are absolutely breathtaking which are forested but four wheel drive vehicles will take you down into this primeval paradise of woodland, lake, river, swamp and plain that shelters around 20,000 animals. Large grazing animals such as wildebeest, buffalo, gazelle and zebra that depends on the open grasslands in the crater. Attracting predators, the black-maned lion, the leopard and hyena. The elephant found are the lone males. The Fever Tree forests shelter monkeys, bush buck and water buck and the few black rhino that have taken refuge here. A soda lake attracts water birds, including flamingos and is a favorite place for predators to make their kill. Wildly beautiful as it is, it is not surprising that Ngorongoro Crater has been called a Garden of Eden. The game drives are done with packed lunch. In the evening, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at the Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge, B,L,D.
Day 8: Ngorongoro/Arusha/Nairobi
After breakfast depart to Arusha to arrive in time for lunch. At 2pm, take a scheduled shuttle bus (shared) to Nairobi to arrive at approximately 8pm where the tour ends either with a drop off at the airport to connect with your flight or at a hotel.
